5g Kellogg’s crumbs
110g chicken mince
16g cheese spread (light)
20g egg whites
1️. To make the rissoles just place the mince, chives, cornflake crumbs, egg whites in a bowl with a bit of salt and pepper and mix until combined.
2️. Flatten the mince into a large circular shape.
3️. Chop up one cheese triangle and place the cheese into the middle of the mince.
4️. Bring up the sides to enclose the cheese.
5️. Preheat a non-stick frypan and place the patty into the pan. Fry on one side, flip and cook on the other side.
6️. Serve with your favourite chips and a garden salad.
