Calories 208 P-19g, C - 21g, F - 5g Fudge ingredients: 60g egg whites 20g chocolate sugar free drinking powder 5g wholemeal self raising flour 2.5g baking powder 100g cooked and mashed pumpkin 10g @macr0mike powdered almond butter - chocolate biscuit flavour 30mls vanilla almond milk Top with: 30g light ricotta 3g @macromike powdered almond butter - chocolate biscuit flavour 4g biscoff biscuit (1/2 a biscuit) Method: 1. Place all of the fudge ingredients into a small bowl and mix until all combined.
2. Put fudge ingredients into a skillet and place into the air fryer on 200 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until cooked through like a soft cake.
3. In a small bowl mix the ricotta and the almond butter until combined and spread over the fudge cookie.
4. Top with the biscoff biscuit and serve.
