Ingredients:

125g lite jelly 125g low fat vanilla yoghurt 10g cacao powder 10mls sugar free maple syrup 20g blueberries 10g peanut butter


Method: 1. In night before, make the jelly as per the instructions on the back of the packet. Place into the fridge to set. 2. In a small bowl mix the yoghurt, cacao powder and maple syrup together until combined. 3. To construct, place the yoghurt mixture into the bottom of a serving glass followed by the jelly, blueberries and peanut butter. 4. Serve
