Serves 1 Calories 149 P – 19g, C – 15g, F – 2g Ingredients: 80g pumpkin puree (pre-make this) 30g Banana 10g chocolate protein powder 2.5g cacao powder 100g plain Greek yoghurt ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice or mixed spice Stevia to taste Method: 1. In a bowl mix the pumpkin puree, banana (mashed), protein powder, cacao powder, yoghurt, spice and stevia until combined.
2. Place into the fridge to set (overnight is the best).
3. When ready to serve, top with your favourite toppings. In my photo, I used blueberries, crushed dark chocolate, and coconut yoghurt (not included in total cals).
