Christmas Update

Greetings from Merri’s Nutrition and Fitness!

Hope this newsletter finds you happy and healthy!

With Christmas fast approaching, I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank each of you for supporting me and my business over 2019.  Being a small business I appreciate all the support that you have given me!

I would also like to say a big thank you to all of my clients that I have worked with over this year as well.  There has been some amazing results both body and mind.  This just makes me so happy that I have been able to help more people this year by teaching them how to eat sustainably long term whilst enjoying all foods with no restrictions.

Reflecting back in 2019, one of the biggest things I did this year was launch my very own App!! Since then, my clients have been enjoying using my App where they can access their personalised meal plans, training plans, their very own calories, & macros, track their progress plus much much more!!

Merri’s Nutrition & Fitness will be taking a nice break over Christmas and New Year’s returning back to work on the week commencing 6th January 2020!
