Corn thins/Rice cake topping ideas

Ingredients:

Main ingredient~ 3 x Corn thins (21g)

Cherry ripe

6g sugar free drinking chocolate

20g light cream cheese

4 cherries

1g shredded coconut

Salted caramel

10g almond butter

9g chopped medjool date

Pink himalayan rock salt

Cinnamon

Smashed avocado

15g avocado (mashed)

15g cherry tomatoes (sliced)

Chili salt


Method:

Cherry Ripe ~ mix 6g sugar free drinking chocolate with 20g light cream cheese. Top with 4 cherries and 1g shredded coconut.


Salted Caramel ~ 10g almond butter, top with 9g chopped medjool date, pink Himalayan rock salt and cinnamon.


Smashed Avocado ~ 15g avocado (mashed), topped with 15g cherry tomatoes (sliced) & chilli salt.
