Creamy Berry Protein Shake

Serves 1 Calories 171 P - 12g, C - 28g, F - 2g Ingredients: 40g blueberries 20g raspberries 70g banana (All frozen fruit) 15g vanilla protein powder (@maxinesburn ) 250mls water Ice 1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum (optional: if you want to make it thicker and creamier) 2g Choc Haze Super Mix (by @taylor_made_treats_official )

Method: 1️. Place all ingredients into a blender with as much ice as you like and blitz until nice and creamy. 2️. Pour into a glass and sprinkle choc haze super mix over the top (you can buy this directly via their website) 3️. Serve and enjoy!
