Curried Egg, Ham & Salad Sandwich

Ingredients:

20g hass avocado

17g baby cucumbers

50g egg

30g iceberg lettuce

17g carrot

40g double-smoked thin sliced ham

Wholemeal bread

14g 99% fat-free mayo

Curry powder

20g sliced beetroot

25g tomato


Method:

1. Boil your egg to your liking. Once cooked and cooled, shell & mash your egg with the curry, mayo & avocado.


2. Spread the egg mixture over both slices of bread and top with the remaining ingredients.


3. Garnish with Salt & Pepper
