81g egg whites
31g rolled oats
85g vanilla yogurt (Yopro protein)
60g frozen mixed berries
4g toasted coconut flakes
2g cacao nibs
7ml caramel sauce
1. In a saucepan, place the rolled oats, egg whites, stevia, cinnamon with about 1/2 cup of boiling water.
2. Place over medium heat and whisk continuously for about 2 mins.
3. Continue whisking until the mixture becomes nice and creamy.
4. Remove from heat and let the oats sit for about 1 min and then mix the yoghurt through.
5. Scoop out the oat mixture and place it into a bowl.
6. Top with coconut, cacao nibs, mixed berries & caramel sauce.
7. Serve and enjoy!
