Healthy Buffet Breakfast
P – 34g, C – 30g, F -25g
2 slices Buttercup Country Split (wholemeal)
30g ham (off the bone)
Optional extra’s (included in total calories):
50g mushrooms (chopped)
25g light feta
1. Cook the eggs to your liking (healthy options are boiled or poached).
2. Preheat a non-stick fry pan and grill the tomato, spinach and mushrooms until the veggies are soft.
3. Cook the toast and spread the vegemite and avocado over the toast.
4. To serve, place the toast on a plate with the eggs, vegetables, ham and lemon.
5. Sprinkle the feta over the top.
