Jaffa Breakfast Parfait (Serves 1)
P - 25g, C - 61g, F - 3g
35g XO crunch
130g Orange (diced)
10g Orange zest
160g Vanilla yoghurt (I used YoPro)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
10ml Sugar-free maple syrup
50ml Vanilla almond milk
10g Chocolate salted caramel PB
1. In a small bowl combine the yoghurt, cinnamon, sugar-free maple syrup and 1/2 of the zest.
2. In a serving glass, layer the XO crunch, oranges slices, blueberries and yoghurt until all the ingredients have been used up.
3. Top with Macro Mike’s PB, the rest of the orange zest and a splash of milk.
Options: If you wanted a bigger chocolate flavour, combine the yoghurt with chocolate protein powder or sugar free drinking powder. Top with dark choc chips or even cacao nibs!! Now that sounds amazing!!
