Calories 373 P - 25g, C - 40g, F - 10g
Ingredients: 1st layer: 50g raspberries (frozen works better) 30g raspberries in raspberry sauce (from Woolworths produce section)
2nd layer: 40g rolled oats 50mls coconut milk 5g chia seeds 15g vanilla protein powder (@maxinesburn )
3rd layer: 15g sugar free drinking chocolate (@avalanchecoffee ) 10mls sugar free maple syrup
4th layer: 20g raspberries 5g shredded coconut 40g vanilla yoghurt (@yoproau )
Method: 1️. The night before, in a small bowl crush and mix the frozen raspberries and sauce until it forms a granite consistency. Spoon into the bottom of a mason jar. 2️. In a small bowl mix the rolled oats, coconut milk, chia seeds and protein powder until combined. Place the oat mixture on top of the raspberry mixture. 3️. Cover the mason jar and place into the fridge overnight. 4️. In the morning take the oats out of the fridge. 5️. Mix the drinking chocolate and maple syrup in a small bowl and drizzle over the top of the overnight oats. 6️. Top with 20g raspberries, shredded coconut and a dollop of yoghurt.
7. Serve and enjoy!
