180g spud light potatoes
Salt and pepper
130g extra lean beef mince
25g diced onion
5g Old El Paso Fajita mix
130g Coles Iceberg lettuce mix
30g light tzatziki dip
Method: 1. Slice 180g of Spud Light potatoes into fries, garnish with salt and pepper and place into the oven (preheated at 200 degrees) for 20-30 minutes or until brown and crunchy. Alternatively place into the air fryer for 10-12 mins.
2. Heat a non stick fry pan up over a medium heat and place 130g extra lean beef mince into the pan with 25g onion (diced).
3. Saute until nearly cooked then add in 5g Old El Paso Fajita mix with about 100mls water. Continue cooking the beef until it is completely cooked through.
4. Place 130g of the Coles Iceberg lettuce mix at the bottom of a serving bowl, top with the cooked fries.
5. Followed by the cooked mince and top with 25g avocado, 30g light tzatziki dip and 40g salsa.
