Mixed Berry bruschetta

C - 34, P - 10g, F - 8g


10g peanut butter

1 slice of gluten-free wholemeal toast

50g blueberries

50g raspberries



50g vanilla @yoproau yoghurt

Method: 1. Spread 10g of peanut butter on 1 slice of gluten-free wholemeal toast.

2. Place 50g blueberries and 50g raspberries into a microwave container and sprinkle with stevia and cinnamon. 3. Place a vented lid on and pop into the microwave for 40 secs until runny and soft.

4. Mix 50g vanilla @yoproau yoghurt through the runny berries and place on top of the peanut butter toast.

5. Serve and enjoy!
