Mixed Spice Apple and Oats with Yoghurt and Peanut Butter

Ingredients: 130g apple Cinnamon (to your liking) Mixed spice (to your liking) 10mls cinnamon & apple sugar free maple syrup 50g rolled oats Stevia (to your liking) 100g egg whites 100g salted caramel yoghurt 10 @macr0mike original PB (mixed with a little water)

Method: 1. In a microwavable container place the apple (diced), cinnamon, mixed spice and maple syrup and place into the microwave for about 50 secs or until soft. 2. Heat a saucepan over a medium heat and place the rolled oats, cinnamon, mixed spice, stevia and egg whites into the pan. Whisk until the oats become creamy and soft. 3. Remove from heat and place into a bowl along with the cooked apples, yoghurt and peanut butter. 4. Serve and enjoy!
