Greetings from Merri’s Nutrition and Fitness!

It is a long time coming but it nearly here!!!

My very first recipe macro and family friendly recipe E-book. Every recipe is developed and photographed by me. So there is a lot of love in this book!! 

There are 50 recipes in total. The categories include breakfast, smoothies, lunches/dinners and snacks/desserts. 

It will be available to buy via my shop on my website. You will be available to download it, save it and print it out.

Each recipe serves 1 and includes its very own calories and macro’s. I have also included some handy tips and recommendations on what products to use when cooking my recipes as well...
