1.4g garlic salt California style
11g Greek-style reduced fat fetta
55g baby cucumbers
67 1/5g pockets wholemeal pita
40g shredded carrot
40g iceberg lettuce
113g chicken breast steaks (lemon and herb)
1. Preheat a non-stick frypan over medium heat.
2. Place the chicken into the pan and cook on one side flip and cook on the other side. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
3. Spread the tzatziki over both of the @mebfoods_ pita pockets.
4. Top the pitas with the chicken, shredded lettuce, carrot, sliced tomato & baby cucumbers.
5. Sprinkle with the garlic salt and crumbled fetta.
6. Squeeze the mayonnaise over the top and serve.
