Peaches and Cream Hot Proats

Serves 1 Calories 433 P ~ 34g, C ~ 50g, F ~ 8g

Ingredients: 50g rolled oats 100g egg whites 1/2tsp cinnamon 20g vanilla protein powder (@maxinesburn ) Top with: 150g peach (diced) 30g coconut yoghurt 10mls sugar-free maple syrup

Method: 1️. Place the oats and cinnamon into a saucepan with about 70mls water and whisk over medium heat until the oats become soft. 2️. Add in the egg whites and continue to whisk until the oats became nice and creamy. 3️. Remove from heat and stir in the protein powder. Another option if you didn’t want to use protein powder stir in cacao powder, stevia, cinnamon, honey and/or sugar-free drinking powder instead. 4. Top with the diced peaches, coconut yoghurt and a squirt of the sugar-free maple syrup.

5. Serve and enjoy!
