6 3/5g white chocolate pastilles
150g Forme Zero – French Vanilla, Yoplait
40g quick oats
80g egg whites
5g Jelly lite pineapple, Aeroplane
3g toasted coconut flakes
60g frozen pineapple pieces
0.5 tsp cinnamon
Method: 1. In a saucepan, place the rolled oats, egg whites, pineapple jelly crystals, cinnamon with about 1/2 cup of boiling water.
2. Place over medium heat and whisk continuously until the mixture becomes nice and creamy.
4. Remove from heat and let the oats sit for about 1 min and then mix the yoghurt through.
5. Scoop out the oat mixture and place it into a bowl.
6. Top with pineapple, coconut, and white choc bits.
