Protein Apple and Sultana Tea Cake

Calories 218 P - 14g, C - 33g, F - 3g Ingredients (just for the cake): 100g Woolworths apple pie slices fruit pie 7g sultanas 30g wholemeal self raising flour 15g choc caramel peanut butter protein powder (@Macromike) 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 50-100mls water Method: 1. In a microwavable bowl place half of the apple pie slices, sultanas, flour, protein powder, baking powder and baking soda and 50mls water.

2. Combine all ingredients together to form a batter consistency. Please note: add more water if you need to if too dry.

3. Place into the microwave on 40 sec intervals until it has been completely cooked through like a cake consistency.

4. Once cooked, top with the remaining apple pie slices and your chosen toppings.

5. I topped my cake with 95g light vanilla ice cream, 20g @macr0mike The Clean Cookie (crumbled) and 10g @pana_organic cashew caramel spread (note: these toppings aren't included in calories/macros outlined above).
