Strawberry, yoghurt and cluster parfait

315 calories P - 21g, C - 35g, F - 9g Ingredients:

45g @lovefoodforhealth fruit free clusters with chia and cinnamon

160g strawberry @yoproau yoghurt

100g strawberries (diced)

24g fresh berry sauce

30mls coconut milk.

Method:

1. Layer the clusters, yoghurt, strawberries (diced) and berry sauce until all the ingredients have been used up.

2. Pour the coconut milk over the top and serve!
