Turkey Burger with sweet potato fries and steamed beans

Serves 1


Ingredients: 120g turkey mince Fresh parsley, as much as you like 5g Thai spice seasoning (I used @physiquechef seasoning) 120g sweet potato, sliced into chips 100g beans, top and tailed chopped off Salt, pepper Virgin olive oil spray


Method: 1. Preheat fan forced oven at 200 degrees. 2. Place turkey mince in a bowl with diced parsley, seasoning, salt and pepper. Combine altogether and form into a patty. 3. Preheat a non-stick fry pan and place the patty into the pan. Cook on one side and then flip and cook on the other side. 4. Slice sweet potato into fries, spray with oil, season with salt & pepper and place onto the baking tray lined with baking paper. 5. Place the fries into the oven for approximately 15-20 minutes or until cooked. 6. Just before the fries are ready, place water into a stove top steamer and heat until boiling, place beans into the steamer and cook for a couple of minutes. 7. Serve and enjoy!
