15g goats’ cheese

80g triple smoked ham

42g pickled sliced beetroot

50g raw green capsicum

60g red capsicum

72g Lebanese cucumber, unpeeled, raw

100g iceberg lettuce

75g slaws-fine cut coleslaw

120g butternut pumpkin, peeled, raw


1. Gather all ingredients and mix all in one bowl.
