34g Weetbix biscuits
3g baking powder
100g @pureggandlifeplus egg whites
40mls almond milk
10g peanut butter
10mls sugar free maple syrup
1. Crush the weetbix into a microwavable bowl and place the sultanas baking powder, cinnamon and stevia on top of the weetbix. Mix to combine the dry ingredients.
2. Pour the egg whites and milk over the top. Mix until the weetbix becomes soggy.
3. Place into the microwave for 60 secs. Remove and check if the cake is cooked. If not, place back into the microwave for a further 60 secs or until cooked (should be like a little cake).
4. Top with the vanilla yoghurt, berries, and peanut butter. Serve and enjoy!
