White Choc and Apple Protein Weetbix

P - 21g, C - 42g, F - 4g

Ingredients:

35g Weetbix (crushed)

80g egg whites

7g sultanas

50mls water

2.5 baking powder

stevia

cinnamon

60g vanilla yoghurt

100g apple pie slices (Woolworths brand)

7g white choc chips

Method:

1. Crush the weetbix into a bowl and pour the egg whites over the top.

2. Mix in the sultanas, baking powder, cinnamon, water and stevia.

3. Place into the microwave for 60 secs. Remove from the microwave and stir.

4. Place back into the microwave for another 60 secs or until cooked (should be like a little cake).

5. Top with the vanilla yoghurt, apple pie slices and white choc chips.
